Our current turnaround is 3-4 weeks from the day we receive your deposit.
Yes, a mockup image of your order will be sent after we receive your deposit. Any changes will be made at that time before finalization.
We use saw tooth wall hangers on the back of our signs for easy hanging.
Yes, we offer shipping in addition to our local pickup option. It is free to pick up your offer from our workshop in the Hamilton, ON area. We ship to the Greater Toronto Area for $15*, within Canada for $20*, and to the USA for $25*.
We will provide a shipping total with your proof so there are no surprises.

We use quality MDF and Baltic Birch which are both ½ inch thickness.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns as all our signs are custom made.
Yes, if you change your mind before we begin making your order, or if the shipping rate exceeds your expectations.
Yes! We would be happy to arrange a time and date for local pickup when your order is complete.
No, the signs are not weather-proofed to be able to go outside.
We handle bulk discounts on a case by case basis, depending on the quantity and details of your order. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Yes, once we receive your deposit we send you a digital proof of the design. You are welcome to make any changes to fonts, colors, stains, or other design elements prior to finalizing the design plan. Once the design plan is finalized and we begin the construction process, it is no longer possible to make changes.
We would be happy to discuss the possibility of an unlisted customization with you. Please contact us with the details of your project, and we will supply a personalized quote for your sign.
Whenever possible, we encourage our clients to pick up their orders in person to avoid the possibility of a sign being damaged in transit. All orders shipped by mail are insured by Canada Post for the full value of the sign, should damage or loss occur. Please contact us if you experience problems with your shipped order.
We accept payment via e-transfer or cash.
